All Orders are processed within 24 hours after full payment is received.
If a product is not available, customer will be notified by email.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
If an item has already been shipped within this 24 hour period, 30% restocking fee will be applied
"Special Order" items may not be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase and are not returnable.

Payment Methods We Accept:
Visa, MC, Discover, American Express and Cash or Check (In-store only).
If you have any questions regarding WIRE TRANSFER and PAYPAL please feel free to email or call us.
Invoice must be paid in full before merchandise is picked up or delivered.
BDCF offers a flexible in-store layaway payment plan. We require 25% of the total purchase as a deposit. Then make minimum payments of 25% of your remaining balance each month for 3 months.
Pricing is guaranteed under this plan for 3 months and you can arrange for pickup or delivery of your purchase once the balance is paid in full. Product availability cannot be guaranteed, but all deposits and payments are transferable to any other products you select. Layaway payments are non-refundable.
Sales tax is ONLY charged for instate deliveries with in Texas, which is calculated during the checkout process.
For tax exempt purchases Copy of Tax Exempt Certificate is REQUIRED .
International orders are subject to taxes / duties in the country in which items are delivered. It is customer’s full responsibility to pay taxes and duties. Sales Tax will be refunded when proof of overseas shipping (BOL) provided.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Local Delivery & Installation Charge:
- 0 - 10 miles $150
- 10 - 30 miles $195
- Frisco, Allan and McKinney $225
- 30+ miles will be quoted based on total distance.
Large orders shipping out of state are quoted on an individual basis
** Additional fees may apply for special services, such as inside delivery, re-delivery, re-consignment and warehousing or stocking fees will be customer's responsibility. BDCF cannot take responsibility for any charges that incur as a result of additionally requested freight services.
** Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering/buying, as BDCF is not responsible for merchandise that is too large or too small.
Damage Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem
Most items are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks
Special orders and/or Custom orders are subject to longer lead time and can take up to 4-18 weeks
To verify stock and availability of the item, call BDCF or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
Incorrect shipping address
Payment delay or issue
Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address
UPS/FedEx or Freight company failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
Where We Ship
We ship to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 states.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
We do not arrange or provide shipping quotes outside the country. We can deliver your order to a port or logistics company in US.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
To track shipment please call Customer service at (817) 261-2800 or email email@example.com.
Tracking information is provided once the product has shipped. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order.
If You’re Not Home:
Depending on the carrier, additional delivery attempts will be made. Redelivery fees may apply. If your order has shipped and you are unable to receive your shipment over an extended period of time, additional storage fees may incur. Alternatively, your shipment may be rerouted back to the manufacturer, thus incurring fees for reshipment of your order.
If your order arrived damaged
Inspect your item(s) upon delivery.
If your item(s) shipped via FedEx or UPS, simply refuse delivery and contact us
immediately for a replacement.
To process a claim Please email pictures of the shipping slip, Box, label and
damaged item with full descriptions of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org,
we will file a claim and send you a replacement product.
For LTL deliveries print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you sign for the items.
*Please note that the claim may be denied if “Damaged item(s)” is not noted on Driver’s shipping slip.
For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we require that you send us photographs via email to email@example.com within 48 hours, so that we can address and correct the situation. We will send out a new product or replacement part at our discretion. If your item arrives damaged and you do not wish to receive a replacement part or new item, you will be responsible for returning the item and a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
Only unopened and unused merchandise in their original condition and packaging, complete with all materials may be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Email to firstname.lastname@example.org a written request for a Return Authorization (RA) number, within 2 days of delivery, referencing your order # in the email subject. We will respond within 24hours.
Once you are provided with an RA #, you will be responsible for shipping/bringing the item back to its warehouse of origin, unless advised otherwise (and all associated costs).
Items which shipped to you small parcel must be returned small parcel. Items which shipped LTL must be returned as such. All returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from the date the RA# was issued to you.
If any returned item is returned to us with shipping damage, it is the customer's responsibility to file a freight claim and seek reimbursement from the carrier.
Items marked as 'Special Order' or 'Clearance' or 'OpenBox' are not returnable.

"Special Order" Products:
"Special Order" typically refers to products which are custom-built to your own specifications, and items which are imported on a per-order basis. "Special Order" may also refer to items that are in a stocked in limited quantities but in special order color combinations.
- "Special Order" items may not be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase and are not returnable.
- The lead times on special orders vary based on the item's place of origin.
- Special Order items which are built domestically are typically delivered in 57 weeks.
- Special Order items which are imported from overseas typically take between 8-18 weeks, in rare instances.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS PRICE MATCHING
- BBCF price matches products from any competitor's.
- Price match policy cannot be combined with any other discounts.
- If an item has shipped, we cannot offer any retroactive, price matching or discounts.
- BDCF reserves the right to decline or Honor any competitors price Match.

BDCF is here to provide you with furniture. Your personal information will only be used to process and ship your order. We will never sell your information to any third parties. Any personal information submitted in optional surveys, newsletters or promotions will only be used for such by BDCF personnel.
All domestic and international orders are subject to the governing laws of the United States of America and the State of TEXAS.
BDCF is not responsible for 'NOMINAL' size discrepancies. All measurements advertised are within 11.5" accuracy to manufacturer's specifications.
